Road Fellows work 32 hours each week in settings committed to serving and seeking justice and compassion for all people.
We partner with exceptional church ministries and non-profit agencies, as well as with community leaders and activists from the larger Atlanta area, who share their wisdom and experience in walking alongside those who live on the margins and as advocates for social change. Road fellows engage issues of poverty, hunger, homelessness, education, healthcare, unemployment, incarceration, immigration, addiction, and environmental justice.
Road fellows serve where the need is great. Road fellows are matched with site placements based on their preferences, interviews with site placements, and the discernment of a good fit between the learning goals of each fellow and the needs at the site placements.
Through their site placements Road fellows are challenged to ask big questions, discover and claim their gifts, and discern the work that both speaks to their heart and participates in the healing of the world.
